For over 10 years, I’ve been working with entrepreneurs with a desire to launch and grow their businesses.
I help people just like you define what success and growth means for them, and the strategies and tactics to achieve that growth.
I’ve worked with small businesses across a variety of vertical markets, including public relations, marketing, fashion, luxury retail design, high-end fitness space, healing, wellness, and creativity, among others.

After studying Engineering in college, I began my career in sales, marketing, and management. For 12 years, I worked at a Fortune 500 company and then at a series of tech start-ups. I’ve managed teams in sales, customer support, operations, and marketing. I’ve hired, fired, and project managed. I’ve launched new initiatives within large organizations, and I’ve launched new organizations outright.
With 20+ years steeped in an interesting, challenging career, I transitioned from corporate America to running my own business helping others do the same. Along the way, I’ve discovered and pursued a spiritual path of mindfulness and meditation, which informs my daily work with clients.
I love asking questions, researching, providing direction, identifying and removing obstacles, and seeking possibilities to determine the right strategy, audience, and messaging. Above all, I love seeing my clients build businesses and create lives beyond what they thought was possible. This is my “why.” What’s yours? I’d love to know.

Beyond Coaching
I love to travel and love the thrill of discovering unfamiliar places, people, food, art, and architecture.
I am currently studying Italian!
I read a ton, usually novels, but lately, I’ve been digging into memoirs of truly inspiring people across all walks of life.
I frequent the theater (musicals and plays) and the movies (yes, with an overly large bag of popcorn).
I write, both prose and poetry.
Having once been told to drop my left shoulder as I made my shot, I am now a fairly good bowler.
I am a lifelong learner and went back to school at age 40, this time to study what really interested me, receiving a Masters in 20th Century Literature & Its Contexts from Goldsmiths College, University of London.
