Here are some commonly requested options that we can get done in your VIP Intensive.

You’re overwhelmed with ideas for your business and unsure where to start and what to do in what order. We take everything on your list, develop the right sequencing, and generate an action plan, so you leave knowing what to do now, next, and later (and in some cases, never).

02. Product (or Service), Pricing & Positioning

Create the right offerings, at the right price to position yourself for profitability, while carving out your unique space in the market.

03. Your Financials

Build and learn to use your Profit & Loss Statement (P&L) as a powerful tool to make decisions, develop your business and team, and reach your business goals.

04. Build Your Team

Start building your team with a hiring plan that takes into account all aspects of your business (including financials) so you know who and how to hire and can measure the positive impact on your business.

05. New Business Development

Create a clear, actionable plan to bring in new clients/customers, increase your revenue, and grow your business to have a more meaningful impact.

Your VIP Intensive Includes:

  • Thorough pre-intensive client homework with a questionnaire and preparation guides.

  • A 45-minute kick-off call prior to the intensive to create a custom plan, establish goals, and set expectations for the day.

  • 4 hours of live implementation work on the day of the intensive during which we collaborate via Zoom.

    • 2 hours in the morning: 10:00 am - 12:00 noon

    • Working lunch: 12:00 - 2:00 pm (1 hour for lunch + 1 hour for your custom worksheet)

    • 2 hours in the afternoon: 2:00 - 4 :00 pm

  • A detailed report of your plan and action items.

  • Editable files for all documents created prior to and during your VIP Intensive.

  • Video recording of the session, so you have it to refer to, as needed.

  • Introduction to talent and resources in my network.

  • 30 days of email and Voxer support to keep you on track.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. We will be collaborating via Zoom during that time. I suggest blocking the full day on your calendar (or at least until 4:30 pm).

  • There are no breaks planned during our 1:1 working time. There is a 2-hour lunch break - 1 hour for you to eat and catch up on any business you need ot tend to and 1 hour of solo work for you to bring back to our afternoon session.

    Of course, if you need a 5 or 10 minute break in morning or the afternoon, that will absolutely be accommodated and we’ll make sure to add that time to the end of the day.

  • You have the option to use the 4 hours all at once or split it into two 2-hour sessions within one week to not lose momentum.

    My recommendation is to consider your schedule and how you work best in terms of digesting information and making decisions.

    We can discuss this in our Kick-Off Call.

  • The VIP Intensive Investment is $2,350.

    50% is due upon booking to schedule and reserve your VIP Intensive - you’ll receive an email with a link to book your Day and pay the deposit via credit card.

    50% is due two days prior our Kick-Off Call - you’ll receive an email 2-3 days prior to the Kick-Off Call with the link to pay the balance of the VIP Intensive fee via credit card.

    Or you can pay in full when you reserve your day.

  • Once you have booked your VIP Intensive and submitted your deposit of 50%, I will reach out to you via email to schedule our Kick-Off Call.

  • Yes, I’ll send to you a list of questions for you to answer and return to me prior to our Kick-Off Call, so we can make the most of our time together on the Kick-Off Call and set us up for the best possible outcome for your VIP Intensive.

  • Yes! I will share your VIP Intensive documents and detailed instructions with you prior to the session. Plan on 2-3 hours of work on your end. Once completed, I ask that you submit this to me 24-48 hours ahead your scheduled VIP Intensive.

  • Yes! You will have access to me via email and Voxer.

    After you start implementing the plan we’ve created, you may have questions or places you’re stuck or good news to share(!).

    I want to answer those questions and provide the support you need to continue to take positive, proactive action.

    The goal is to keep you on track.

  • Your deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to another date with 7-days’ prior written notice ahead of your scheduled dat.

    Deposits are valid for 45 days from your scheduled VIP Intensive and must be used within that timeframe.
